Hi, I’m Debbie!

I’m the owner and lead designer behind Fleur De Papillon.

As a U.S. Navy veteran, entrepreneur, and creative, I founded Fleur De Papillon with one mission: to create floral experiences that leave people feeling celebrated, loved, and inspired.

What began as a passion for flowers has blossomed into a luxury floral boutique serving South Florida with thoughtfully designed bouquets, event florals, and hands-on floral workshops. Every arrangement is crafted with attention to detail, quality blooms, and a touch of elegance.
